Service Description. This Site describes Apartment Cleaning, House Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Hallway Cleaning, Appliance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning provided by Anna's Cleaning Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://annascleaningservicesmd.com is the property of Anna's Cleaning Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://annascleaningservicesmd.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Anna's Cleaning Services makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Anna's Cleaning Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Anna's Cleaning Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MD law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MD for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Anna's Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
